DAPH Constitution

A DAPH Extraordinary General Meeting was held on 10 June 2020 to consider and vote on proposals to amend the DAPH Constitution to add new clauses to enable communication, meeting participation and decision making by electronic means effective from 1 April 2020.

The proposals were agreed at the EGM and subsequent Executive Committee meeting that followed; the DAPH Constitution was adopted and is effective retrospectively from 1 April 2020.

The Constitution outlines the role, aims, membership & structure, election procedures, financial arrangements, meeting & voting rights, representation and dissolution procedures of the Association. It is reviewed annually and presented to the broader membership, the Local Authority and other Phase Associations.
