    Venue: Saunton Sands Hotel, North Devon, subject to availability. Should the event be oversubscribed, delegates may be placed at the nearby Barnstaple Hotel

    Bookings will be accepted on a strictly first come, first served basis and hotel accommodation will be allocated in the same way. Please note that by providing your details, you acknowledge that your name and school will be published as delegates prior to, during and after the event.

    CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations made on or after 12 September (28 days prior to the event) will incur a 50% cancellation charge and any cancellations on or after 26 September (14 days prior to the event) will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. In order to avoid any cancellation costs being charged to your school, you may wish to consider nominating a named colleague to attend in your place. Please note also that details of all cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing by email to the DAPH Office - daph@devon.gov.uk.
